The lagoon is always different, how much icebergs you see floating in the lagoon depends on how much ice is breaking from the glacier and how the weather has been. I recommend visiting the glacier lagoon from as many aspects as you can, meaning you should go down to beachside also. You can join variety of different boat tours to explore the lagoon.
