Gæðingur Micro Brewery is located on the farm of Útvík in Skagafjörður in northern Iceland. It is a microbrewery, which has brewed beer since 2011.
The reason for its existence is complicated. Its hosting building lost its role as a stable for cattle at the same time as the owner and his friend (now the head brewer), attended courses in brewing; first in Denmark and then in England.
Unfortunately, you can not go on tour at this brewery but you can buy in Microbar in Reykjavík
